Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours if they are eligible for the following reasons below; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. The refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Please understand all newly founded business entails risk along with consistent effort and action. If you're not willing to accept that, this might not be for you.

EcomPilot makes no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future sales or results, or that you will earn any money, and that we have not authorized any such projection, promise, or representation by others.

EcomPilot support is available if you have any questions regarding the future final product or any other questions prior to placement of order.

As soon as you place an order the process begins very quickly which involves several non-recoverable costs which are immediately incurred on the behalf of ShipMyStore. Therefore, after 24 hours of order placement, full refunds will be denied.

Reasons Eligible for 100% refund

Refund request within 24 hours of order creation
Product not delivered
Store has technical/grammatical errors or does not function which EcomPilot cannot fix within 30 days of store delivery


Reasons Not-Eligible for refund

Purchased a bundle and decide not use all products
Ads Management program has begun
Results of sales
Inactivity or effort from your part resulting in poor performance
Unsatisfied with the store design or already store owner.
Purchase of a downloadable digital product

Store restricted, banned, or non-accessible for reasons not directly related to EcomPilot or future EcomPilot policy changes.
